Management
Each venue has a management team composed of 1 General Manager, 1-3 Assistant Managers and an Executive/Sous Chef, based on the location’s needs. Initially, we offer an in-depth, custom designed management training program. After the initial training, we continue to educate our managers in all aspects of the restaurant industry by holding quarterly comprehensive seminars on topics including Financials, IT and Employment Law. Managers are also encouraged to seek additional training outside of the company on related topics.

Position Summaries

General Manager: Responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. Accountable for all front and back of house activities. Mentor to Assistant Managers. Adheres to company standards and conveys a strong sense of ownership.

Assistant Manager: Assists General Manager in achieving overall goals. Based on knowledge and strengths, will be responsible for specific group of employees, hiring, training and writing schedules. Career objective for this position is to become General Manager.

Executive Chef: Assumes overall responsibility for all kitchen operations including controlling costs, adhering to company standards. Conveys a strong sense of ownership.

Sous Chef: Assists the Executive Chef. Has the ability to work in all stations and supervises the operations of the kitchen. Position requires a highly motivated employee. Career objective for this position is to become the Executive Chef.
